A portal is basicly a collection of links, within the |96th| website aswell as outside links.
The reason for this portal is simple: Without it, you'd have to load the complete flash site if you want to visit the page.
Obviously, this is a waste of time if you only want to quickly visit the forum for example.
Another thing this portal is used for, is outside links to other Clan-and- MoH:AA sites.
